輸出電抗器有兩種類型:
1.1、鐵芯式輸出(chu)電抗器
當變頻(pin)器的載波(bo)頻(pin)率小于3KHZ時采用鐵(tie)芯式輸出電抗器。
1.2、鐵氧體式輸出電抗器
當變頻器的載波頻率(lv)小于6KHZ時采(cai)用鐵氧(yang)體式輸出電抗器。
為(wei)了(le)補(bu)償變(bian)頻(pin)器與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機之間連接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜線分布電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響,有效抑(yi)制變(bian)頻(pin)器輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)諧波,減(jian)小變(bian)頻(pin)器的(de)(de)(de)噪聲,以避免電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機絕緣過早老化或導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機的(de)(de)(de)早期損壞。安裝在變(bian)頻(pin)器輸(shu)入與輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器,就是(shi)用(yong)來減(jian)少在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機端子的(de)(de)(de)du/dt值(zhi)(zhi)。當變(bian)頻(pin)器與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機之間采用(yong)長電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜進行(xing)連接(jie)時,輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器就可(ke)以減(jian)小負荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)峰值(zhi)(zhi)。不(bu)過,設置在變(bian)頻(pin)器輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器不(bu)能用(yong)來減(jian)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機上瞬變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)峰值(zhi)(zhi)。 [1]
輸出電抗器主要在以下兩個方(fang)面發揮作用:
1、增大變頻器的有效(xiao)傳輸距(ju)離(li)
當變(bian)頻器輸(shu)出(chu)到電(dian)(dian)機的電(dian)(dian)纜長度大于產(chan)品規定值時,應(ying)加輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)抗器來補(bu)償電(dian)(dian)機長電(dian)(dian)纜運行時的耦合電(dian)(dian)容的充放電(dian)(dian)影響,避(bi)免變(bian)頻器過流,增大了變(bian)頻器到電(dian)(dian)動機的有效傳(chuan)輸(shu)距離。
2、有效(xiao)抑制IGBT開關時(shi)的(de)瞬間高壓(ya)
變頻器輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端增加輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)抗器的作用是為了輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)抗器可以(yi)有效抑制變頻器的IGBT開關時產生的瞬間高電(dian)壓,減(jian)少此電(dian)壓對電(dian)纜絕緣和電(dian)機的不良影響。

為了(le)增加變頻(pin)器到電機之間(jian)的距離可(ke)以適(shi)當加粗(cu)電纜,增加電纜的絕(jue)緣強度,盡量選用屏(ping)蔽電纜。
由于(yu)變頻(pin)器的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)中高(gao)(gao)次(ci)諧波(bo)(bo)較(jiao)多(duo),故變頻(pin)器和電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機之間的傳輸線不可(ke)過(guo)長。如(ru)果導線過(guo)長,它的分布電(dian)(dian)容也就大。這樣,在諧波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的作用下,高(gao)(gao)次(ci)諧波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流也將過(guo)大。
因此,當變(bian)頻器與電(dian)動機之(zhi)間的輸出(chu)電(dian)纜過長時,就應設置輸出(chu)電(dian)抗(kang)器。
變頻器輸(shu)入與(yu)(yu)輸(shu)出(chu)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路中輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器的參數選擇(ze),其計(ji)算與(yu)(yu)設計(ji)的原則與(yu)(yu)輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器基本相同,但輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器的電(dian)(dian)(dian)感量(liang)是以(yi)基波(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流流經電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器時的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不大于(yu)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為佳(jia)。 [1]
